Designer Upcyclers Are Coming Closer To You
Award – winner Mamukko open their lifestyle shop in Kinsale
Mamukko, Ireland’s leading designer & maker of up-cycled sailcloth bags are opening their retail unit in Kinsale that will also showcase the oil paintings of Levente Magyar – the visionary behind Mamukko.
The lifestyle shop will be an eclectic and funky mix of handmade upcycled products as well as original art that is imagined, designed & created by the brothers in their Kinsale based workshop.
Mamukko, which was founded by Hungarian brothers Levente and Attila Magyar were the winners at the Ireland Design Awards 2014 in the Design Sustainability Category awarded by the prestigious Institute of Designers in Ireland.
The truly local space will be a window to the soul of Mamukko brothers and is sure to add color, originality and playfulness to the Kinsale retail scene.
The official opening of the shop will be on Saturday 12 PM 30th May 2015.
Location : Junction of Main Street & Guardwell, Kinsale Co. Cork. ( Between Engel & Voelkers & Folk House )
